ORELTECH is an innovation leader and expert in metallization and functional surface coating.

ORELTECH was founded in 2015 by alumni of Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel. Our founder, Natalia, found a way to implement reductive properties of cold plasma to solid metal coatings for electronics industry. This led her to develop a new platform technology for applying functional thin metal coatings on almost any substrate.

Today, the core of ORELTECH’s success is the proprietary formula of nanoparticle-free metal solutions, which has grown into an extensive library of unique formulations developed for specific technological challenges, and a committed tech team with combined 25+ years of experience in chemical research and product development. 

Customer and market needs have led ORELTECH to develop solutions to metallization challenges in industries including printed electronics, PCB production, photovoltaics, medical coatings, catalytic and antibacterial layers, plating on plastics and smart textiles.

Together with our customers, we get to the core of any metallization challenge, tailor our products and optimize the production process to meet their specific demands. We are satisfied when the customer masters our technology in mass production.

ORELTECH solutions and products are developed and manufactured in Berlin, Germany, where the company has relocated in 2018.

Klaus has several years of management experience from sectors including pharma production and real estate. Prior, he consulted large and small corporations in strategy, organizational and management development. He holds a doctorate (DPhil) from Oxford University.

Natalia is an expert in organic electronic materials and their applications, thin-film growth and computational chemistry. She has a Ph.D. in chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science.

Konstantin is an expert in surface chemistry and composite materials with experience in nanoparticle synthesis and electron microscopy. He has a Ph.D. in chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science.

Kristina is an expert in surface chemistry and analytics of organic/inorganic materials. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Humboldt University Berlin. She also loves to volunteer and is a board member of the Lise Meitner Society.
